At Soul Tweets, we want you to love your mindful treasures and soulful keepsakes. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

7-Day EXCHANGE/RETURN Window

We offer a 7-day EXCHANGE / RETURN policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an EXCHANGE OR a RETURN.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and delicate nature of some of our items, the following cannot be returned:

• Customized or Personalized Products (e.g., custom-engraved figurines, custom-printed message cards).

• Final Sale / Clearance Items.

Note on Natural Stones & Crystals: Natural variations in color, shape, and size are intrinsic characteristics of natural crystals and gemstone bracelets, not manufacturing defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at soultweets.dolly@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately via replacement or full refund.
